Mixed Vegetable Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

Fried rice served with hot syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown rice (cooked)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup carrots (sliced)
  • ½ cup bell peppers (any color)
  • ½ cup mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

Method:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
  2. Add all vegetables and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce and mix well.
  4. Serve hot with brown rice.
